Mission Statement
The Mission of the Association of Florida Healthcare Auxiliaries/Volunteers, Inc. (AFHAV) is
- to assist member auxiliaries/volunteer organizations to better serve and support their hospital/healthcare facilities by a mutual exchange of ideas
- to stimulate interest with educational meetings
- to aid in the organization of new volunteer groups
- to suggest ideas and techniques for the development and expansion of auxiliary/volunteer services within healthcare facilities
- to promote health education in the community
